We Thank the Lord!

...because He is good.
…because He is good.

Alex was about to be operated on his gall bladder last October 14 last year. On the eve of his operation, he anxiously texted The 700 Club Asia. In a matter of minutes, he got a call from one of our prayer counselors, assuring Alex of God’s presence. He’s now recovering from that successful operation.

Menard asked The 700 Club Asia to pray that his desire to study and work part time abroad be granted. He and his wife are now Australia-bound. Not only that, his former supervisor told him about the possibility of him working part-time in their company based in Australia.

Angie is also grateful to our Lord for answering her prayer, as her child is now enrolled in a law school. The entrance exam was not easy, she was told, but by the grace of God, her child’s now back studying law. She also shared how God has been answering her prayers.

Testimonies like these where among the many other answered prayers that were recounted to the Prayer Center at the onset of 2015.

We received 7,928 calls, made 4,232 outbound calls that summed into 12,180 calls. We also received 96,653 text messages, 771 emails, 6 letters and had 4,460 chat online. In response, we have sent 150,448 text messages, gave out 118 literatures and answered 1,297 emails and letters.

As an outcome, the Prayer Center led 13,687 persons to Christ and 1,216 were referred to our church partners while 115 people are now being nurtured.

We have also gained 104 potential new partners, 56 of them volunteered. We have 8 who reactivated their partnership with us. The Prayer Center received 92 calls of thanksgiving for answered prayers and 497 monetary pledges and inquiries.

As we usher the new year in, these words of the apostle Paul still rings true today;

Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

Philippians 4: 6 – 7
